Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees credited toward legal services if representation is retained. Consultations are scheduled by appointment only and are subject to availability. Consultations are confirmed only after review and acceptance by the firm. Late arrivals may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future consultations at the firm’s discretion. The firm reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or professional obligations. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through booking forms or online inquiries. Submission of a booking request does not create an attorney-client relationship.
